We offer a price match at the time of purchase. This means that we will match the price if you find the same item cheaper at one of our stocking competitors in Denmark.
WHAT DOES PRISMATCH Involve?
In order for a price match to apply, it is a prerequisite that the goods being compared are of the same brand and model. It is also a prerequisite that the product is in stock at the competitor and can be purchased and delivered at the relevant price.
We always want to see documentation on the price ask for documentation on the price, e.g. by displaying an advertisement, receipt or reference to the offer elsewhere.
It is often tempting to choose 'a good offer', but often the offer may also be too good to be true. We regularly experience that we are contacted by customers who have been tempted by a very sharp price for a conference or café chair from a competitor, only to find that the quality was not as desired. Therefore, we would always advise you to contact Zederkof if you would like to match the price of a product that is similar to one of ours. There is usually a significant difference in quality if you find a 'similar' product cheaper elsewhere in the market.
PRICE MATCH APPLIES

The item is in stock and/or can be purchased from a retailer and delivered
The goods being compared are identical (same technical specifications, brand and appearance)
The above 2 points can be documented

Price match does not apply if:

Goods that are advertised as opening offers or similar
Items sold as demo, outlet or exhibition models
Goods sold from foreign dealers
Dealers who are not registered in the Danish CVR register

We regularly experience fake webshops that mislead customers with false prices or delivery times. We would very much like to be transparent - also online. Therefore, price matching is not carried out against dealers who are not registered in the Danish CVR register.[/cs_content_seo]
