Which parasol should I choose?
Depending on your needs, at Zederkof we have a wide selection of parasols in different sizes, colors and shapes, which fit into most professional restaurant environments.
We have a large selection of giant parasols that are suitable for both large and small restaurants and stock a large part of our parasols for quick delivery. Giant parasols are easy to operate and allow you to combine several using a modern gutter system. The parasols are also wind and weather resistant, so you don't have to worry about the changeable Danish summer weather.

What size parasol should I choose?
Our parasol range includes both smaller parasols, which are perfect for casting a pleasant shade in the garden or on the terrace, and larger parasols which provide shade for a larger area and are particularly suitable for, for example, outdoor serving in cafes and restaurants. Can you get parasols with a logo?
Yes, at Zederkof it is possible to have a logo or other text printed on the parasol cloth. Parasols are good as advertising pillars, where you can advantageously have a company logo, text or other relevant print printed on the tablecloth, which also makes the parasols suitable for rental or marketing at fairs, markets or festivals.

How do I maintain my parasol?
A parasol is made to stand outdoors, and the parasols in our range are all extremely wind and weather resistant, but parasols are just parasols, and can easily become ugly if they are not maintained. Extend the life of your parasol with a few good maintenance tips:
- Start by removing as much dirt as you can with a soft brush
- Mix water with a bit of sulfo and wash the entire parasol thoroughly
- If there is algae on your parasol, you can remove it with ordinary algae remover
- Make sure to wash the frame with a cleaner suitable for the material
- Remember to cover your parasol with a cover when it is not in use
Can you handle your parasol incorrectly?
Yes, you can actually do that. Therefore, we have a number of good tips for you regarding the correct use of your parasol.
- If the parasol is not fully extended, there is an increased risk of road damage caused by wind/gusts
- No parasol can withstand being out in bad weather. If the parasol breaks due to bad weather, the warranty does not cover any damage that may occur as a result
- Before closing the parasol: Switch off any fitted lights or heat lamps
- Check that heat lamps have cooled down before closing so that they cannot damage the parasol cloth
- Check that the telescopic system can move freely
- Parasol cloth that is clamped between the struts during opening/closing of the parasol causes wear marks and causes damage to the parasol cloth. Marks of wear/use as a result of incorrect operation of the parasol are not covered by the warranty. After 90% of the parasol is closed - pull the parasol cloth out from the struts and fold the cloth in the same direction around the stand. The parasol cloth is then secured with the supplied elastic strap
- Check that the elastic saddle strap is sufficiently tightened so that the struts cannot move
The parasols are covered by a product guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects. Damage caused by the weather or other external factors is not covered by the product warranty regardless of the circumstances.
