The desk is the focal point for daily work, and it is therefore important to invest in good desks that support employees' comfort and, not least, job satisfaction. Start by first of all taking measurements of your office environment. How many employees will sit there and how many desks will you need space for? Is it a large office with an open office environment, and how is the office environment divided? Or do you have small closed offices for one or more people? It may also be that you need many different types and sizes of desks so that they fit exactly to the different locations.
The desk must suit the individual employee and their work tasks. Does the person need extra space for papers and documents or does the employee primarily use the desk to have a computer on? Need more than one computer at the same desk?

Today, the Norwegian Occupational Safety and Health Administration requires that the desk can be adjusted so that it fits the individual employee exactly. That's why it's really smart to have one raise lowering desk, which can be adjusted in height. At the same time, it provides a varied and healthy working position to alternate between standing up or sitting down during the day.
