The choice between round and square party tables depends on a number of factors, including the type of event, the number of guests, the space conditions and the desired atmosphere. Here are some considerations to help you make the right choice:

Round party tables:

How many people can sit around the different sized party tables?

The number of people who can sit around our different sizes of party tables naturally varies depending on the type of chair you choose to combine with the party table, as well as how close you want your guests to sit.

As a basic rule, we recommend that there is never less than 60 cm of table space per person. seated guest – and preferably more if space permits. There should be a minimum of 75 cm from the edge of the table to the wall, and if food or drink is to be served, a distance of 100 cm is most appropriate.

For events with horseshoe formations, we recommend an opening of at least 150 cm to ensure optimal serving for all seated guests. As a general guide, these recommendations go well with our range of party tables, including our popular Zown New Classic plastic party tables.

Our party tables are extremely robust! Our party tables from Zown New Classic and Maxchief are all made of strong HPDE (high density polyethylene) or polyethylene and with a collapsible base made of powder-coated steel with a manual lock on the legs, which increases stability during use. The hard-wearing plastic also has a high resistance to moisture and small shocks and a very long service life. Our event folding tables all have table tops in plywood lacquered with nitrocellulose lacquer, and together with the edge reinforcement, this ensures a very durable and water-repellent surface. The frame is made of powder-coated steel tubes.
