The design of the grill means that the grill can be used for both direct and indirect heat as well as smoking. Indirect heat is a long-term grill where the lid retains the heat - perfect for e.g. roast suckling pig, lamb and wild boar. The best result is achieved with a maximum weight of 35 kg and a roasting time of less than 5 hours.
The grill consists of few loose parts and can be easily disassembled, which makes it easy to clean and maintain. A thermometer is mounted on the lid of the grill, which measures the temperature inside the grill.
The associated side table is practical and can, for example, used as a sales and cutting table.
