At Zederkof, you can be sure that you always get the sharpest price on the market! We offer price matching at the time of purchase. This means that we match the price if you find the same item cheaper at one of our stock-holding competitors in Denmark.

WHAT DOES PRICE MATCHING INVOLVE?
For price matching to be applicable, it is a requirement that the items being compared are the same brand and model. It is also a requirement that the item is in stock with the competitor and can be purchased and delivered at the specified price.

We always want to see documentation of the price, such as by showing an advertisement, receipt, or reference to the offer elsewhere.
It is often tempting to choose ‘a good deal’, but often the offer may also be too good to be true. We frequently experience being contacted by customers who have been tempted by a very sharp price on a conference or café chair from a competitor, only to find that the quality was not as desired. Therefore, we always advise you to contact Zederkof if you would like to have the price matched on a product that resembles one of ours. There is often a significant difference in quality if you find a ‘comparable’ product cheaper elsewhere in the market.

PRICE MATCHING APPLIES
The item is in stock and/or can be purchased from a retailer and delivered
The items being compared are identical (same technical specifications, brand, and appearance)
The above 2 points can be documented

Price matching does not apply in cases:

Products that are advertised as opening offers or similar
Products sold as demo, outlet, or display models
Products sold from foreign retailers
Retailers that are not registered in the Danish CVR register

We regularly encounter fake webshops that mislead customers with false prices or delivery times.
We want to be very transparent – also online. Therefore, price matches do not apply to retailers that are not registered in the Danish CVR register.
