How robust is a foldable table from Zederkof

The short answer is extremely robust! Our plastic foldable tables from Zown New Classic and Maxchief are all made of strong HPDE (high density polyethylene) or polyethylene and feature a folding frame of powder-coated steel with a manual lock on the legs, which increases stability during use.

The durable plastic also has high resistance to moisture and small impacts and a very long lifespan.

Our event foldable tables all have tabletops made of plywood coated with nitrocellulose lacquer, and together with the edge reinforcement, it ensures a very durable and water-repellent surface.

The frame is made of powder-coated steel tubes. Materials are one thing, maximum load is a completely different matter.

Although it may not look like it, our Zown New Classic XL 240 foldable table has a maximum load of 1,050 kg, and even our Zown New Classic Cocktail table with a diameter of 80 cm can handle up to 225 kg!

How many different sizes and shapes of foldable tables do we have at Zederkof?

Again, the short answer is quite a lot! The shapes are straightforward; we have rectangular, square, and round tables. Sizes are another matter. We have everything from small, medium, and large foldable tables, so you are very likely to find a foldable table that suits your needs. If the need is a bit smaller and intimate setups, we have tables in Ø120 or 90×90. If the need is for a slightly larger capacity, we have foldable tables up to 240 cm. Additionally, you have the option to connect several of Zown’s foldable tables via a smart, patented locking system.

How many people can sit around the different sizes of foldable tables?

The number of people that can sit around the different sizes of foldable tables largely depends on the type of chair you choose to use with a foldable table, as well as how closely your guests need to sit. As a general rule, there should never be less than 60 cm of table space per seated guest – preferably more if possible. From the edge of the table to the wall, there should be a minimum of 75 cm, and for serving, it is most practical to have 100 cm. In horseshoe formations, the opening should be at least 150 cm for optimal serving to all seated guests.

A general recommendation is the following estimates are suitable for our Zown New Classic foldable table in plastic:

• Foldable table L120: 4 people, 6 people including the ends of the table
