Complaint
If your goods are damaged, please fill out the fields below so we can assist you in the best and fastest way possible.
Since we can often handle complaints without seeing the physical product, we ask you to fill out the fields below carefully so we have documentation when we return to our suppliers. Complaints regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing to Zederkof A/S immediately upon discovery, but no later than 36 months after the delivery of the goods. For second-class goods, the deadline is 12 months, but only for functional defects that were not known at the time of purchase.
If your goods have been damaged during transport, and you have signed the freight document without reservation, this is considered your acceptance that the goods have been received without complaint. Objections must be made no later than at the time of delivery (you must sign the freight document with reservation), and if you do not do this, Zederkof cannot accept it as a complaint. If it concerns loss or damages that were not visible, you must send the complaint to Zederkof within 7 days after delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays. The complaint must be in writing.
Zederkof A/S recommends that the recipient always receives the goods with reservations for print marks and holes in the packaging. Remember to specify what the reservation concerns.
