Transport bracket with wheels for Z-BBQ GourmetRoaster.

The market’s best professional charcoal grill, with a capacity of up to 100 covers, quickly pays for itself.
The closed construction significantly reduces cooking time, which in turn reduces waiting time and thus lowers labor costs for staff.
The design of the grill allows it to be used for both direct and indirect heat as well as smoking. Indirect heat is long-term grilling, where the lid retains heat – perfect for, for example, whole roasted pig, lamb, and wild boar. The best results are achieved with a maximum weight of 35 kg and a cooking time of under 5 hours.

The grill consists of few loose parts and can be easily disassembled, making it easy to clean and maintain. A thermometer is mounted on the grill’s lid to measure the temperature inside the grill.

The accompanying side table is practical and can, for example, be used as a serving and cutting table.
