The tabletop’s durable construction

The tabletop is constructed in several layers to be strong, stable and durable:

• Laminate (top layer): The top layer, which gives the panel its appearance – e.g. the Sawcut Oak wood look. It is durable and easy to clean.
• Underlay: A layer that stabilizes the surface and helps make the tabletop resistant to everyday use.
• Chipboard (Chipboard E1): The core of the tabletop. It is a stable and solid material that gives the tabletop strength and shape.
• Underlay: A corresponding stabilizing layer on the underside.
• Laminate (base layer): The bottom layer that ensures the panel stays straight and does not warp.
