Heavy-duty olefin cover for outdoor use

All modules are covered with durable 370 g/m² olefin fabric. The material gives the lounge furniture a robust and professional surface, suitable for areas with regular use. The solid color finish is complemented by piping along the edges, which highlights the shape of the modules and contributes to a cohesive look.

The cover has a water-repellent surface and an internal TPU coating. The coating acts as an extra protective layer between the outer fabric and the filling, protecting against moisture and light rain. Cozy Lounge Comfort is designed for outdoor use but is not waterproof and should be protected from continuous or heavy rain.

Durable fabric that retains its appearance

The olefin fabric has a abrasion resistance of 20,000 Martindale, making it suitable for lounge areas where the furniture is used regularly. The pilling resistance is rated at grade 4, which means the fabric has a low tendency to form lint and small fiber knots.

The upholstery has a rubbing fastness of grade 4–5 and a light fastness of grade 8 according to ISO 105-B02. The high light fastness provides very high resistance to fading when exposed to light. The fabric also has a color fastness to weathering of grade 4 according to ISO 105-B04 and is temperature resistant from −20 °C to +70 °C.

Easy and stable connection

The modules are designed to be quickly and easily connected into a complete sofa setup. At the bottom, they are joined with practical clips, while a discreet velcro strap on the back is threaded through a ring and tightened.

The connecting brackets are made of SS304 stainless steel. The combination of clips, velcro, and brackets helps keep the modules tightly and stably positioned during use. At the same time, they can be quickly separated again, so the setup can easily be changed or moved without extensive assembly.

The modules are delivered vacuum-packed, so they take up less space during transport and storage. After unpacking, the foam filling gradually expands, after which the modules achieve their full shape, volume, and comfort.

Maintenance

The cover is cleaned by spot cleaning. The modules must be completely dry before being covered or stored, so moisture is not trapped inside the material.
