Heavy-duty olefin upholstery for outdoor use

All modules are upholstered in durable 370 g/m² olefin fabric. The material gives the lounge furniture a robust and professional surface, suitable for areas with regular use. The solid-colour finish is complemented by piping along the edges, highlighting the shape of the modules and contributing to a cohesive look.

The upholstery has a water-repellent surface and an inner TPU coating. The coating serves as an additional protective layer between the outer fabric and the filling, protecting against moisture and light rain. Cozy Lounge Twin is designed for outdoor use, but is not waterproof and should be protected from prolonged or heavy rain.

Durable fabric that retains its appearance

The olefin fabric has an abrasion resistance of 20,000 Martindale, making it suitable for lounge areas where the furniture is used regularly. The pilling resistance is rated grade 4, meaning that the fabric has a low tendency to form lint and small fiber pills.

The cover has a rubbing fastness of grade 4–5 and a lightfastness of grade 8 according to ISO 105-B02. The high lightfastness provides very high resistance to fading when exposed to light. The fabric also has a color fastness to weathering of grade 4 according to ISO 105-B04 and is temperature-resistant from −20 °C to +70 °C.

Easy and stable connection

The modules are designed to be connected quickly and easily into a unified sofa configuration. At the bottom, they are connected with practical clips, while a discreet Velcro strap on the back is fed through a ring and tightened.

The connecting brackets are made of SS304 stainless steel. The combination of clips, Velcro and brackets helps keep the modules closely and securely positioned during use. At the same time, they can quickly be separated again, making it easy to change or move the configuration without extensive assembly.

Soft and relaxed lounge comfort

The modules are filled with smaller pieces of surplus foam, providing a soft and relaxed seating comfort. The deep seats and low seating height support the sofa’s informal lounge style and make the arrangement suitable for areas where guests should be able to sit comfortably and relax.

The modules are delivered vacuum-packed, so they take up less space during transport and storage. After unpacking, the foam filling gradually expands, after which the modules achieve their full shape, volume, and comfort.

Maintenance

The cover should be cleaned by spot cleaning. The modules must be completely dry before being covered or placed in storage, so that moisture does not become trapped in the material.
