Denmark's largest fair and exhibition center emphasizes service, quality and long-term collaborations when choosing suppliers for the activities that attract up to a million visitors a year.

- We always have a fire somewhere that needs to be put out, so it is important that you have a supplier you can trust, says MCH's warehouse manager, Steen Bjerregaard Tange Mark and elaborates:

At Zederkof we get good and fast service. I don't have to worry because I know they will make things work. And if there is something wrong with the order, they should probably make a sound. This means I don't have to spend time following up on them.

A nice dialogue and a nice price

MCH buys in large quantities, so it is important to find the right solutions and the right prices.

- We have just bought a large batch of chairs, and we have found a model that we think has the right quality, is nice and fits in well with us. Even though it's just a shell chair, it's actually a bit exclusive to look at, says Steen Bjerregaard Tange Mark and adds

- It's a chair that's nice to work with. It is not too heavy and it is easy to stack. It also means a lot, because someone has to move them around.

- MCH buys in large quantities, and we have a good dialogue with Zederkof, where we agree on things and find a good price that both parties can live with.

There is nothing to put a finger on

Steen Bjerregaard Tange Mark emphasizes finding good business partners and sticking with them.

- We cherish the good cooperation. It's a better business than jumping back and forth to save a fiver.

- Once we have found a piece of furniture that meets our requirements for look and quality, we proceed with it, and then it is really only a matter of delivery time. And if there are challenges with delivery of the large orders, Zederkof does everything they can. We always get it resolved. This is what characterizes a good collaboration.
