How robust is a folding table from Zederkof?

In short: Extremely robust!
Our plastic folding tables from Zown New Classic and Maxchief are made from strong HDPE (high-density polyethylene) or polyethylene, featuring a foldable, powder-coated steel frame with manual leg locks for added stability during use. The durable plastic offers high resistance to moisture and minor impacts and ensures a very long lifespan.

Our event folding tables all come with plywood tabletops coated with nitrocellulose lacquer, and together with reinforced edging, this provides a highly durable and water-repellent surface.

The frame is made of powder-coated steel tubing. Material strength is one thing – maximum load capacity is another.

Even if it may not look like it, our Zown New Classic XL 240 folding table has an impressive maximum load capacity of 1,050 kg, and even our Zown New Classic Cocktail Table (Ø80) can handle up to 225 kg.

How many different sizes and shapes of folding tables does Zederkof offer?

Again, the short answer is: A lot!
The shapes are straightforward – we offer rectangular, square and round tables. The sizes are more varied. We stock everything from small to medium to large folding tables, so you are very likely to find exactly what suits your needs.

For smaller and more intimate table settings, we offer tables in Ø120 or 90×90.
If you need greater capacity, we have folding tables up to 240 cm. In addition, you can connect multiple Zown folding tables using their smart, patented locking system.

How many people can sit around the different folding table sizes?

The number of people that can sit around each table depends largely on the type of chair you use and how close you want your guests to sit. As a rule of thumb, you should never allow less than 60 cm of table space per guest – preferably more.

The distance from table edge to wall should be at least 75 cm, and 100 cm is most suitable when serving. For U-shaped (horseshoe) setups, the opening should be at least 150 cm for optimal serving access.

General seating guidelines for our Zown New Classic plastic folding tables:

• 90×90: 4 people
• L120: 4 people, 6 including table ends
• L150: 4 people, 6 including table ends
• L180: 6 people, 8 including table ends
• L200: 6 people, 8 including table ends
• L240: 8 people, 10 including table ends
• Ø120: 6 people
• Ø160: 8 people
• Ø180: 10 people
