The Ving Hall is Vingsted’s new meeting hall with seating for around 800 people. It is designed with inspiration from the beautiful surroundings, which can be fully enjoyed through the hall’s large glass panels.

– Our primary task is to provide attractive settings for our customers. This requires that our rooms and furniture are as flexible as possible, says Mette Ravn, CEO of Vingsted, which is a hotel and conference center focused on integrating nature into the many activities the venue offers.

There are many different and changing needs for the layout of the new Ving Hall, which can either be used as one large room or divided into smaller halls. One day there may be a need for a completely empty space. The next morning there might be a meeting with rows of chairs. And in the afternoon, there may be a setup with tables and chairs for several hundred people.

Unlike other places where they have a fixed layout and can use heavier furniture, we need furniture that is practical to handle for frequent rearrangements. Our employees must be able to easily stack and move furniture several times a day, explains Mette Ravn, adding:
