The market’s best professional charcoal grill with a capacity of up to 100 covers, the investment is quickly earned back.
The closed construction significantly reduces the cooking time, which in turn reduces waiting time and thereby results in lower labor costs for staff.
The design of the grill allows it to be used for both direct and indirect heat as well as smoking. Indirect heat is long-term grilling, where the lid retains the heat – perfect for, for example, whole roasted suckling pig, lamb, and wild boar. The best result is achieved with a maximum weight of 35 kg and a cooking time of under 5 hours.

The grill consists of few loose parts and can be easily disassembled, making it easy to clean and maintain. A thermometer is mounted on the grill’s lid, measuring the temperature inside the grill.

The accompanying side table is practical and can, for example, be used as a serving and cutting table.
