Cozy Lounge Sofa chaiselong is part of the Cozy Lounge Sofa series and offers the possibility to create more comfortable lounge setups with extra seating and resting space. The extended seating surface makes the module suitable for relaxed environments where guests can lean back and stay for longer periods – for example in hotel lobbies, receptions, café areas, fairs, and event lounges. The chaiselong can be used alone as an inviting lounge seat or combined with the series’ other modules to build larger sofa arrangements. The simple design without armrests makes it easy to place in various interiors, while contributing to a calm and professional expression. Cozy Lounge Sofa chaiselong is available in dark gray and taupe, so it can be adapted to both modern and warmer lounge interiors.
Heavy-duty olefin upholstery with extra protection
The cover is made of 100% olefin. The durable material gives the sofa a robust and professional surface, suitable for environments with regular use. The solid color finish creates a calm and uniform appearance, while piping along the edges highlights the module’s shape and contributes to a polished finish.
The cover has a water-repellent surface and an internal TPU coating. The coating acts as an additional protective layer between the outer fabric and the filling, making the module better suited for outdoor use as well as for professional environments where the furniture is regularly subjected to handling, wear, and varying loads.
Durable material that retains its appearance
The cover has a durability of 20,000 Martindale, indicating good resistance to wear from regular use. This makes the material suitable for, among other things, lounge areas, hotels, cafés, receptions, and events.
The material’s pilling resistance is rated at grade 4. This means that the surface has a high resistance to becoming worn or uneven and can therefore maintain a neat and uniform appearance over time.
The cover also has a rub resistance of grade 4–5. Rub resistance describes how well the color stays in the material when the surface is exposed to friction. The high rating means that the color only transfers to a very limited extent in both dry and wet conditions.
High resistance to light and weather exposure
The cover has a lightfastness rating of grade 8 according to ISO 105-B02. This means that the color has a very high resistance to fading when exposed to light. This is a significant advantage for outdoor use, where the furniture is continuously exposed to sunlight.
Colorfastness to weathering is rated at grade 4 according to ISO 105-B04. The fabric thus has a good ability to retain its color and appearance under changing weather conditions. To extend the sofa’s lifespan, however, it should still be protected from continuous rain and stored dry when not in use.
Additionally, the fabric is temperature resistant from −20 °C to +70 °C. The cover is therefore designed to handle the large temperature fluctuations that can occur with outdoor use and storage.
Environmentally friendly choice
The fabric also complies with the EU’s REACH regulations for chemical substances and aims, among other things, to limit the use of problematic chemicals in textiles and other products.
Easy and stable assembly of multiple modules
The sofa modules are designed so they can be quickly and easily connected into a complete sofa setup. At the bottom, the modules are joined together with practical clips that help keep the parts stable during use. On the back, they are secured with a discreet velcro strap that is threaded through a ring and tightened.
The connection brackets are made of SS304 stainless steel, which provides a strong and durable joint. The combination of clips, velcro, and brackets helps ensure that the modules stand close and uniform without easily shifting. At the same time, the setup can be quickly changed when the room’s layout or use changes.
The flexible collection makes the series particularly suitable for lounge areas, receptions, hotels, cafés, trade fairs, and event environments, where the furniture often needs to be movable and adaptable without extensive assembly.
Practical construction and soft lounge comfort
The base of the module is made of black Oxford polyester and equipped with zippers and nylon buckles. The practical construction supports both assembly, handling, and the daily use of the sofa.
The filling consists of surplus pieces of foam, which together provide a soft and relaxed sitting comfort. The construction supports the sofa’s informal lounge expression and makes it suitable for areas where guests need to be able to sit comfortably and relaxed.
Vacuum-packed delivery
The sofa is delivered vacuum-packed, so it takes up less space during transport and storage. After unpacking, the foam filling gradually expands, after which the module reaches its full shape, volume, and soft lounge comfort.
Maintenance and outdoor use
Cozy Lounge Sofa is designed for outdoor use but should be protected from continuous or heavy rain. When the sofa is not in use, it is recommended to store it dry or place it under a suitable canopy.
The cover is cleaned by spot cleaning. The sofa must be completely dry before it is covered or put into storage, so moisture is not trapped inside the material.
